Through its Housing Choice Voucher and Performance Based Contract Administration rental programs, OHFA assists more than 25,000 families with rent each month.

Rental Assistance Programs

OHFA administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Performance Based Contract Administration Program with the goal of providing rental assistance to low-income families, including those who have disabilities, who are elderly, or who are at great risk of homelessness.
