2025 Master Servicer RFP

Question 1) Item 4.3.5 Qualifications and Experience asks, "Discuss your firm's qualifications and experience in providing the services described in Appendix V."

The RFP I pulled from the OHFA website shows Appendix V as the "List of Participating Lenders."

Item 4.3.7 Approval of Participating Lenders references Appendix VI, which does not exist in the RFP available on the website.

We would like to be accurate with our response.  Would it be possible to get the Appendix V that lists the "...services describe in Appendix V?"

Appendix V was inadvertently removed from the solicitation. The RFP has been updated in the link above to include it.

2025 Bond Counsel RFP

Question:  I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding OHFA’s 2025 Bond Counsel RFP. Specifically, could you please confirm whether the RFP is intended solely for bond counsel services or if it also includes special tax counsel services?

Answer: We have a separate RFP for Tax Counsel services which can be found  as another item in this accordion.
