The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency administers the Housing Stability Program. This brand-new program provides 0% construction financing for builders and developers to increase the number of homes available for purchase across the state. Once these homes are built, OHFA Participating Lenders will have the option to provide eligible homebuyers with an enhanced 5% of the
