In this course, we'll share how down payment and/or closing cost assistance makes buying a home more affordable to both first-time and repeat buyers across the state. This course is approved for two hours of continuing education credit as a finance elective with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Each session is limited to 35 attendees.
