Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (the “Issuer”) on September 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, 2601 Northwest Expy, Suite 700E, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of tax-exempt multi-family obligations (the “Obligations”), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $35,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Title 60, Chapter 4 and Title 63, Chapter 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes. If the Obligations are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Osage Apartments, L.P., an Oklahoma limited partnership or its successors and assigns (the “Borrower”) for the purpose of financing the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of a multifamily residential rental facility containing an aggregate of three hundred fifty-three (353) affordable living units located at 959 Country Club Drive, in Tulsa, Oklahoma in Tulsa County (collectively, the “Project”).
The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE OBLIGATIONS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Obligations and the financing of the Project.
