Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency requests input regarding the 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The QAP sets the state’s eligibility priorities and criteria for awarding tax credits. It sets forth the criteria for evaluating all projects that apply for a tax credit allocation.
An initial draft of the 2025 QAP is available on OHFA’s website.
- Please submit all comments regarding this draft to the online discussion forum by 12:00 p.m. on August 2
- A second draft of the 2025 Application will be posted by August 9. Comments on the second draft will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday August 21.
- The Formal Public Input Session for the 2025 QAP will be held on Wednesday, August 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, 100 Northwest 63rd Street, Board Room East and West, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.
- A final draft of the proposed changes to the 2025 Application will be posted on September 2.
- The finalized Application will be taken to the September 18 Board of Trustees meeting for approval.
- The 2025 Application training session will be held in October. The exact date and format will be determined at a later time.
