The Oklahoma Housing Trust Fund program provides affordable rental and homeownership options for low and moderate-income households.
The OHTF spurs development in rural communities. Between 65% and 75% of available funding must be used in counties where the population is 490,000 or less.
Eligible applicants include local governments, non-profits, for-profits, Public Housing Authorities, and tribal entities.
