Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency has moved to temporary office locations, effective January 19. The move comes as the organization embarks on a renovation of its headquarters, 100 N.W. 63rd Street, Oklahoma City.
OHFA’s Housing Choice Voucher staff has relocated to the Broadway Executive Park, 205 NW 63rd Street, Suite 140.
All other OHFA staff has moved to the east tower of the Oil Center, 2601 N.W. Expressway, 7th and 12th floors.
OHFA’s mailing address, P.O. Box 26720, Oklahoma City, OK 73126, remains the same. All OHFA telephone numbers, including (405) 848-1144, also remain in place.
“Because OHFA regularly welcomes Housing Choice Voucher participants to our offices for meetings and appointments, we wanted to make things as seamless and convenient as possible,” said OHFA executive director Deborah Jenkins.
OHFA expects building renovations to last through 2022. Renovations will better accommodate customers with disabilities by including an updated elevator and an enhanced accessible building entrance. The remodel will incorporate a new floor plan that will prioritize physical distancing for building visitors and employees.
