Join Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency for a Homebuyer Readiness Event in Durant. Attendees will learn how to take the steps necessary to purchase a home.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Homeownership Director, Valenthia Doolin, is our special guest speaker. She will be covering the OHFA Down Payment/Closing Costs Assistance Program, which offers qualifying homebuyers 3.5% of the loan amount to be used as a down payment or towards closing costs.
This event is totally free, won’t hurt your credit, and we’ll be having lots of giveaways, goodies, and refreshments.
A kid’s activity zone will be staffed by J127 Ministry volunteers!
Along with OHFA, we will have Christi John with First United Bank, Lisa Jensen with Smile Thru Finance, The Next Step Team Realtors, Rafter B Inspections, and Nor-Tex Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Special thanks to Nations Title for providing refreshments!
