Valenthia Doolin joins OHFA staff as Homeownership Director. Doolin administers the Oklahoma Homeowner Assistance Fund Program.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency announces Valenthia Doolin as Homeownership Director. Doolin’s real estate and finance career spans more than 30 years. She brings experience as a loan originator, a housing specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and as an assistant vice president for mortgage services. Most recently, she served as a compliance manager responsible for community outreach.

Doolin leads the Oklahoma Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) program, coordinated through OHFA. Made available through the American Rescue Plan Act, the HAF program provides financial assistance to homeowners who have faced significant financial hardships as a direct result of COVID-19.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Doolin has been recognized for leadership and service by the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City, Union Home Mortgage, and Neighborhood Housing Services of Oklahoma City. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Better Living Center, a non-profit organization committed to meeting the social and life cycle needs of the elderly and developmentally delayed adults.
