OKLAHOMA CITY—At its Nov. 20 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award Affordable Housing Tax Credits as part of its second and final funding period of 2024.
Approvals for 9% Tax Credits
- Jordan Plaza Apartments, 620 E. Oklahoma St. and 755 E. Pine St., Tulsa - acquisition/rehabilitation of 127 multifamily units for elderly residents
- Bennington Park, N. David and N.W. 6th St., Oklahoma City - new construction of 40 multifamily units
- RiverBrook Apartments II, 8591 S. Aspen Ave., Broken Arrow - new construction of 54 multifamily units
- Wildwood III, Noble Ave. and Electra St., Sayre - new construction of 12 single family rental units
- Skiatook Flats, 6th St., Skiatook - new construction of 32 multifamily units
- Magnolia Ridge III, 7028 S. Jardot, Stillwater - new construction of 36 multifamily units
- Garden Walk of Sallisaw & Vian, 307 JT Suites Dr., Sallisaw and 208 N. Millie Martin St., Vian - acquisition and rehabilitation of 103 units
- Autumn Park II, 8401 E. 134th St., Bixby - acquisition and rehabilitation of 40 multifamily units for elderly residents
- Cottage Park Phase I, 1401 N. Stonecrop, Midwest City - acquisition and rehabilitation of 38 units
Approval for 4% and State Tax Credits
Reserve at Chisholm Creek, 12550 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Oklahoma City - new construction of 267 multifamily units
