OKLAHOMA CITY—At its Nov. 20 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award HOME Investment Partnerships Program American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) grants. This program provides housing and supportive services to at-risk individuals, including those who are experiencing homelessness.
