OHFA Trustees Award Tax Credits

OKLAHOMA CITY—At its May 15 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award more than $9.8 million in Affordable Housing Tax Credits as part of its first funding period of 2024.

Approvals for 9% Tax Credits

  • Lightning Creek Townhomes, 5600 S. Shartel Ave., Oklahoma City - new construction of 42 multifamily units
  • Crimson Flats East, northeast corner of Oakhurst Ave. and Imhoff Rd., Norman - new construction of 35 multifamily units
  • Enclave Estates at Chickasha, 2700 34th St., Chickasha - new construction of 40 multifamily units
  • Sycamore Landing Senior Living, south of 1504 W. 5th St., McLoud - new construction of 24 units for elderly residents
  • Cedar Lane Senior Village, 2309 E. Anna St., Cushing - acquisition and rehabilitation of 50 units for elderly residents
  • River Bend Villas, 100 E. Country Club Rd, Chickasha - acquisition/rehabilitation of 45 multifamily units
  • Villas at Hollow Brook, 5237 OK-37, Tuttle - new construction of 40 units for elderly residents
  • Parkview Manor Apartments, 301 Parkview Dr., Hominy - acquisition and rehabilitation of 50 multifamily units

Approvals for 4% and State Tax Credits

  • Eastland Apartments, located at E. 21st St. and S. 140th E. Ave., Tulsa -  new construction of 192 multifamily units
  • GardenWalk of Tahlequah, 18165 W. 798 Rd., Tahlequah - acquisition and rehabilitation of 174 multifamily units
  • Crimson Flats West, located at Oakhurst Ave. and E. Imhoff Rd., Norman - new construction of 40 multifamily units
  • Fair Haven Apartments, 500 Dayton St., Muskogee - acquisition and rehabilitation of 192 multifamily units
