At its Jan. 31 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award HOME Investment Partnerships Program grants that will lead to an increase in available housing options in their prospective communities.
Approvals for HOME Investment Partnerships Program Grants
- Community Action Agency of Oklahoma City and Oklahoma/Canadian Counties, Inc. - acquisition and rehabilitation of three single family rental homes in Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma Counties
- LIFT Community Action Agency Inc. - new construction of four single family rental homes in Valliant, McCurtain County
- Neighborhood Housing Services Oklahoma, LLC - acquisition and rehabilitation of two single family rental homes in Oklahoma County
- Native American Housing Services, Inc. (NAHSI) - new construction of two homes for purchase in Midwest City
