OKLAHOMA CITY—At its May 10 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award more than $16 million in Affordable Housing Tax Credits as part of its first funding period of 2023.
Approvals for 9% Tax Credits
- Avalon at Oklahoma City, Phase II, 1210 N.E. 30th St., Oklahoma City - new construction of 40 single family rental homes
- SeventyFirst Flats, 737 W. 71st St., Tulsa - new construction of 45 multifamily units for elderly residents
- Lindenwoods Phase VI, north of 88 Madeline Dr., Durant - new construction of 24 multifamily units
- GardenWalk of Pocola & Poc-Ark, 207 Howard St. and 210 E. Rowe St., Pocola and 100 Elizabeth Circle, Arkoma - acquisition/rehabilitation of 80 multifamily units
- GardenWalk of LeFlore, 200 Hwy 128, Heavener and 1003 Tarby Rd., Poteau - acquisition/rehabilitation of 72 multifamily units
- Hillcrest Green Apartments II, 3339 S.W. 74th St., Oklahoma City - new construction of 43 multifamily units for elderly residents
Approvals for 4% and State Tax Credits
- Lakeshore Pointe, 19000 N. Western Ave., Edmond - new construction of 190 multifamily units
- Alley's End, 400 N. EK Gaylord, Oklahoma City - new construction of 211 multifamily units
- Higher Ground Homes, various locations in Altus - new construction of 80 single family homes
- Rose Creek Apartments, 18300 N. May Ave., Edmond - new construction of 125 multifamily units
- River Rock Homes, N.E. Corner of Zero St. and S.H. 112, Arkoma - new construction of 60 single family homes
