Overview
2009 HOME Application
Final Version
NOTICE TO POTENTIAL HOME PROGRAM APPLICANTS
As of September 17, 2009, only $106,500
remained in the Homeownership/Rental Set-Aside, and OHFA has no other
2009 HOME Program funds available except for a small balance of CHDO
Operating Assistance funds. OHFA currently has six applications pending
consideration at the November meeting of the OHFA Board of Trustees,
requesting a total of $1,445,904 in HOME funds. Funding any one of the
six applications would exhaust the remaining funds. OHFA Staff is
relatively certain that no HOME funds will remain for new applicants at
future Board meetings. (The application deadline for the November Board
meeting was August 14, 2009.)
Therefore OHFA is immediately suspending acceptance of
any HOME Program applications, except for applications for CHDO
Operating Assistance. This action is taken
pursuant to the State of Oklahoma Consolidated Plan, the 2009 HOME
Program Action Plan, OS 330:55, and the 2009 HOME Program Application
Instructions. Should funds become available, OHFA will immediately give
notice to all potential applicants that it is once again accepting
applications.

Housing Finance Agency is the U.S. Housing and Urban Development

funds.
